What PDRN actually is
PDRN is a chain of DNA fragments, originally extracted from salmon sperm. The fragments are small enough to interact with cellular receptors that stimulate tissue repair and collagen production. In the clinic, PDRN injections have been used for wound healing, scar treatment, and skin regeneration for over a decade. The topical version is less potent than the injectable — that is just reality — but it is absorbing enough at the right formulation to still do measurable work.
What it does topically

How to layer
PDRN ampoules go on after toner and essence, before moisturiser. Give the ampoule sixty seconds to absorb before the next layer. Most formulations are gentle enough for every night use.
